Fax Support

Available 24 hours per day with Neu Media Technologies' fax support is a dedicated fax line that will answer any question that may arise including software setup and function. With a guaranteed 24-hour turn around time we ensure that all answers are returned in a timely manner.

On-Site Support

On site visits by Neu Media Technicians are available by appointment only (except in case of emergency). Arrival time at the facility varies (1hr - 1.5 hrs depending on traffic, weather and other issues). On site support is only applicable for businesses in the South Florida area.
